Researched by Martec International and commissioned by Omnico, the “Save the Sale retail benchmark 2016” gives new insight into where British retailers and their omni-channel save the sale capabilities are now.

  Drawing on the experience from a cross-section of Britain’s top retailers this report finds significant plans for improving omni-channel save the sale capabilities. Everyone is aiming to allow their customers to research anywhere, buy anywhere and, if necessary, return anywhere. Retailers achieve their objectives irrespective of where the stock is and where the customers are. This greatly improves customer service, convenience, loyalty and the overall brand experience.

  In conducting this research, Martec and Omnico established a sale benchmark for retailers’ capabilities. These comprise of four channel levels; Single, Siloed, Integrated, and Unified.
